Construction of an interior buildout of approximately 7,355 sf of existing first floor space and approximately 939 sf of existing mezzanine. The buildout includes expansion and adjustment of existing mechanical and electrical system, selective demolition, new restrooms, interior finishes and related construction including partitions, doors, casework, trim, glass, aluminum fabrications, patching and refinishing of existing millwork.
