The project consists of approximately 6,500 s.f. of new construction and a minor amount of remodeling work required for building attachment to existing structure. Work includes cast-in-place foundations and floors, structural components, shingle roofing, E.I.F.S. exterior, drywall, tile and other interior finishes. Plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, Electrical and Pool Construction.
