Structure will consists of post tension concrete elevated slabs, concrete columns and slab-on-grade 1st level with no underground parking. The exterior of the building consists of brick and cast stone. Approximately 82,260 sf. and Renovation to the existing Pres House. Approximately 16,760 sf. will be renovated.
