Award For Top Selling Condominium In Down Market
STEVENS CONSTRUCTION CORP. WINS BUILDING AWARD FOR TOP SELLING CONDOMINIUM IN DOWN MARKET
MADISON, WIS. (April 2, 2009) — Stevens Construction Corp. was recently awarded the ABC of Wisconsin 2008 Projects of Distinction for the construction of Water Crest Condominiums on Lake Monona in Monona, Wis. In 2008, Water Crest was the number two selling condominium project in the Madison area for units sold, and number one seller when comparing percentage of units sold to total units available.
