Stevens was very professional and thorough in their capacity as general contractor. As with most construction jobs being on time and within budget are two of the most critical aspects for the owner. Stevens delivered on both. Stevens also worked closely with city officials, government agencies and neighboring property owners to deliver this project. Their professionalism in handling this role was excellent.
