The Oaks of Shorewood

This project was challenged with an extremely tight site, budgetary constraints, and a timeline with limited flexibility. The Stevens team, top to bottom, skillfully navigated all the challenges and delivered the project on time and on budget. They were proactive in their coordination of subcontractors and with identifying challenges that the project encounter so that everyone could work together to solve problems before they became bigger issues. Often when they would pose a question regarding construction related issues, they would also propose their preferred solution which meant they were already developing the best strategy to proceed before anyone knew there was even a question. Their actions throughout the project showed how deeply invested they were in the overall project success.
