The Promenade is a first-of-its-kind active adult community in Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin, thoughtfully designed for people aged 50 years and above. This 172,571-square-foot innovative development offers 83 units with a full suite of amenities, providing a comfortable and engaging lifestyle for its residents.

This mixed-use project includes a single level of partially below-grade parking with 82 parking stalls, ensuring space for residents and ample surface parking for guests. The ground floor features inviting commercial space available for a future cafe and the new Brown County Library, fostering a strong sense of community. The structure consists of five stories of wood framing atop one partially below-ground level of precast concrete.

The terrace above the parking features a heated outdoor pool, grill stations, and a covered bar, and at ground level, there are two Pickle Ball courts and a dog run area. There is an open breezeway on the first level terrace where the library and apartments connect at the second story.

Its façade masterfully blends brick, stone, and metal wall panels for a modern yet timeless appearance.
