Maxwell On Old Middleton

The Maxwell On Old Middleton Road is a five-story, 40-unit multifamily development currently under construction in Madison, Wisconsin. The project includes two levels of parking with 46 underground stalls, supported by precast concrete and a steel-framed first floor.

Upper levels (floors two through five) are wood-framed and capped with a durable EPDM roof. The exterior is embellished with stone veneer and Hardie siding. A fully coordinated design-build MEPFP system integrates mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection throughout the building.

Interior finishes include LVT/LVP, carpet, and ceramic tile flooring across residential units and shared areas.

The Maxwell is actively under construction with completion anticipated in April 2026.
