The Chesapeake is a five-story, 44-unit multifamily building. The structure features two levels of underground parking with 44 stalls, supported by a steel-framed first floor and two levels of precast concrete.
Floors two through five are wood-framed, and the building is topped with an EPDM roofing system. Exterior finishes include stone veneer and Hardie siding. The project was delivered with a full design-build MEPRP system, with coordinated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection components.
Interior construction includes a mix of LVT/LVP, carpet, and ceramic tile flooring throughout units and common areas.
