Stevens Construction Corp. performed interior and exterior renovations at Parkshore Tower, a 13-story senior living facility in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. The project included selective demolition and renovation of one residential unit stack (13 units), featuring new flooring, cabinetry, countertops, appliances, lighting, and plumbing fixtures, along with replacement of the building’s existing plumbing stack. Work was completed in phases to minimize disruption for residents who remained in the building during construction.
Exterior improvements included extensive brick tuckpointing, replacement of more than 1,000 windows and patio doors, installation of roof davits, and the addition of through-wall flashing.
