Northern Michigan University Student Housing

This new construction student housing project will feature two (2) slab-on-grade student housing buildings adjacent to Presque Isle Avenue. The first building is a 77,576 square-foot, wood-framed building with four stories and 74 units. Building 1 will also have adjacent site parking.

The second building is a four-story, 79,222 square foot project with 72 units. Both buildings total 392 student beds and have ground level amenities including lounges, fitness rooms, lobby, study rooms, etc. This project is designed to the LEED Silver level.

The exterior facade includes vinyl windows, brick veneer, fiber cement panels, and lap siding.
