North Shore Library

The North Shore Library project is a tenant improvement located on the first floor of Symphony at OneNorth Apartments, a mixed-use building in Bayside, Wisconsin. The scope includes a complete interior build-out of approximately 24,700 square feet of library space, along with targeted modifications to the building’s envelope to support the library’s functions.

The space is designed to accommodate modern public library services and community programming.
