Our passion runs deep—for both the construction industry and the communities we serve. We bring our skills and dedication to every project and every initiative, striving to make a positive impact on both.
While our community involvement takes many forms, from food drives to fundraising for cancer research and mental health support, one of the most rewarding efforts is inspiring young people eager to learn about construction. It inspires them, and it inspires us too.
Kids Build Wisconsin
Each May, thousands of children gather in Fitchburg, WI, for Kids Build Wisconsin—a day dedicated to exploring, creating, and discovering all that the construction industry has to offer. Stevens loves being a part of the day, hosting fun hands-on activities like building gumdrop houses (a favorite for our youngest builders!) and raffling off a one-of-a-kind playhouse built by our team.
She Builds Wisconsin
Every summer, we’re honored to partner with the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Wisconsin to support She Builds Wisconsin, a summer camp designed to inspire middle school girls to explore construction. Our volunteers lead construction site tours and help campers build benches that are then donated to local middle schools, demonstrating that a career in construction is open to everyone.
Boys & Girls Club Sun Prairie
Stevens pitched in to refresh the playground at the Boys & Girls Club in Sun Prairie. With tools, lumber, and a team of volunteers, the group reinforced the fence to hold in the mulch and rebuilt benches for a safe, welcoming spot for kids to rest and play.
