Haven at Middleton Shores

Haven at Middleton Shores is being constructed of post-tensioned concrete to create a seven-story apartment building featuring 161 one- and two-bedroom units and 2.5 levels of parking. The parking garage will include 242 structured parking stalls, 10 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, and bicycle storage for more than 80 bikes.

The building will offer a range of amenities, including a third-floor clubhouse and plaza deck with grill stations, as well as a first-floor business center with conference and phone rooms. Additional amenities include a coffee station and a fitness center.

The exterior will feature cold-formed metal framing with fiberglass windows and doors, complemented by metal panels, siding, and masonry. The structure will be equipped with a WCHP HVAC system that includes a cooling tower and penthouse for efficient climate control.

Haven at Middleton Shores is scheduled for completion in Spring 2027 and will serve as a modern housing addition to the Middleton community.
