Haven at Middleton Shores

Haven at Middleton Shores will be a seven-story post-tensioned concrete structure with 161 units. It will also feature 2.5 levels of parking, with one level below ground.  The project is currently under construction in Middleton, Wisconsin.

The exterior will feature cold-formed metal framing with fiberglass windows and doors, complemented by metal panels, siding, and masonry. Each unit will include a post-tensioned concrete balcony. The building will be equipped with a WCHP HVAC system that includes a cooling tower and penthouse for efficient climate control.

Built on a site with other occupied apartment buildings, Haven at Middleton Shores is scheduled for completion in Spring 2027 and will serve as a modern addition to the Middleton community.
