University 3000 is a 203,849-square-foot, mixed-use apartment building under construction on the 3000 block of University Avenue in Madison, WI. The six-story development will include 147 apartment units and the two levels of underground parking for 167 structured parking stalls.
The building will feature 89 studio units, 46 one-bedroom units and 11 two-bedroom units. The first floor will house a fitness area and sauna, and the top floor will include a solarium/sunroom and lounge with a full kitchen. There will also be a rooftop pool.
The structure combines post-tensioned concrete and wood framing. The façade features manufactured stone veneer, thin brick, Nichiha siding, and James Hardie siding.
University 3000 is currently under construction and will be completed in spring of 2027.
