QBE Office Renovation

This project includes an office space renovation spanning three floors within a five-story office building. The scope features offices and a renovated break room encompassing the building’s entire third floor, a training room in a section of the first floor, as well as more offices and a conference room build-out on a portion of the second floor. The project’s total footprint is 30,381 square feet.

The renovation is currently underway and scheduled for completion in spring 2026.
