Parkshore Tower Interior Renovation

The Parkshore Tower Interior Renovation is currently underway in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Stevens Construction Corp. is executing a phased approach to residential unit updates, which includes demolition and an interior refresh. Upgrades feature new flooring, cabinetry, countertops, appliances, lighting, and plumbing fixtures within kitchens and bathrooms. The scope also includes the demolition and replacement of the existing plumbing stack.

Special care is being taken to minimize disruption for residents occupying the building throughout construction.

Work is ongoing, with completion of the first phase anticipated in July 2026
