Lawrence Town Center

Stevens Construction Corp. is serving as the Construction Manager for Lawrence Town Center, a multifamily development located in Lawrence, Wisconsin. The project represents the first phase of a larger multi-phase development planned for the site.

The market-rate apartment building features one level of underground parking with a first-floor precast podium. Above the podium, the west wing consists of four stories of wood framing, while the east wing includes three stories of wood framing.
