100 East Wisconsin is an office-to-multifamily conversion located in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Stevens Construction Corp., in a joint venture with Oxeland Group, is renovating the existing 36-story office tower into a vibrant residential community featuring 373 apartment homes, including 75 units designated for workforce housing.
The project involves the historic rehabilitation of the existing structure, which consists of one below-grade level and 35 above-grade floors. In addition to the residential units, the development will include a variety of resident amenity spaces designed to enhance the living experience.
Construction is currently underway, with completion anticipated in December 2027
