As the Director of Preconstruction–Madison, Dave manages preconstruction on large scale and complex projects, as well as provides leadership to the Madison preconstruction team for small- and medium-sized projects.
He began his career as a structural engineer, serving in that role for eight years. He transferred his engineering skills to general contracting in 2006 and worked in building information modeling, quality assurance/quality control, design-build management and operations. Dave joined Stevens in 2015 and became a Stevens Shareholder in January 2023.
When not at work, Dave is an ardent mountain biker and skier. He graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering with an emphasis on Structures.
