This was our first development project with Stevens and I can honestly say that they met or exceeded our expectations on every level. Starting with a very productive preconstruction process, bringing all of our key sub-contractors and our design team together and creatively leading the process. They rolled up their shirt sleeves to solve tough design coordination issues up front before we encountered them in the field and driving the project to meet our budgetary requirements.
