2929 on Mayfair

The 2929 on Mayfair is a multi-unit residential apartment building strategically placed across from the Blue Mound Golf Course in Wauwatosa, WI. The five-story, 424,429 square foot structure is home to 258 luxury studio-, one- and two-bedroom units of varying sizes. The residences sit over the first-floor parking area, which includes a car washing bay. Because parking is scarce in the area, 2929 on Mayfair also has an additional three-story parking garage that serves as the backside of the building. The project required 14,000 cubic yards (56 million pounds) of concrete to complete.

The structure is built in a square with an open middle, creating a large private courtyard with a pool, pool rain feature, cabana, trellis structures, firepits, green artificial turf areas for games, and a grill.  In addition to the courtyard, the 2929 on Mayfair has several other attractive amenities including balconies on all units, a fitness room, business center, clubroom, entertainment lounge and EV charging stations.

The residences are located near a Highway, Interstate and railway tracks so noise mitigation efforts were made to ensure safe noise levels were in place for residents.
