Seven20

The Seven20 on East Washington Ave is a 14-story, mixed-use apartment building currently under construction in Madison, Wisconsin. The structure includes 1.5 stories below grade and 14 above, with underground parking from the lower level to level 2. Levels 1 and 2 feature commercial space, while levels 3 through 14 house residential units and amenities. The building is constructed of post-tensioned concrete.

The building spans 386,251 square feet, including 200,523 square feet of apartment space, 64,251 square feet of shared resident amenities, 104,996 square feet of underground parking, and 16,481 square feet of commercial space. In total, the project includes 244 units, 325 bedrooms, and 302 bathrooms. The façade transitions from brick and metal panels on levels 1–3 to metal panels from levels 3–14, with a roof system composed of EPDM and hot fluid-applied materials.

A central amenity deck on level 3 will feature a pool, gas grill stations, and outdoor gathering spaces, all wrapped by residential units. Stevens Construction Corp. is self-performing carpentry and concrete work. The project is currently underway and scheduled for completion in Spring 2027.
