Foundry

The design vision of the Foundry project was to create a new apartment building with the historically inspired details and appearance more typical of early 20th century industrial buildings. The building program changed multiple times during the early stages of the project and the building was adapted from a mixed-use building to a solely residential development. Stevens Construction’s estimating department provided excellent service to help the owner evaluate the cost impacts of those program changes as the project took shape. Throughout the project, the entire Stevens team handled the project management professionally and expertly.
