Harbor View Apartments is a multi-building residential development featuring three similar, four-story structures housing one, two-, and three-bedroom units. There are a total of 85 thoughtfully designed apartment units across the community. The project structural system is a combination of post-tensioned concrete construction and wood framing. The three buildings were scheduled in different phases; however, they all needed to be completed by the same date. The project also featured one level of underground parking that connected two of the buildings.
