Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Downtown

This award-winning, historic renovation converted the 1886 downtown Milwaukee Loyalty building to the Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Downtown. The seven-story office building with basement became a 127 key hotel following the demolition of office partitions, refurbishment of the building’s historic elements, construction of the hotel rooms and kitchen and dining facilities.

Custom millwork and historic finishes were incorporated throughout.
