Hotel Indigo underwent an occupied capital improvement renovation to add a new coffee shop in its first-floor lobby. The space was a remodel of the existing lobby, which spanned approximately 17,000 square feet. The coffee shop itself occupied about 600 square feet of that area.
The project included a food prep kitchen area, a customer service bar, a small self-service counter, and full cabinetry and finish build-out. The lobby’s existing seating area was removed to make room for the new coffee shop.
