Hotel Indigo – Coffee Shop

Hotel Indigo is undergoing an occupied capital improvement renovation to add a new coffee shop in its first-floor lobby. The space is a remodel of the existing lobby, which spans approximately 17,000 square feet. The coffee shop itself will occupy about 600 square feet of that area.

The project includes a food prep kitchen area, a customer service bar, a small self-service counter, and full cabinetry and finish build-out. The lobby’s existing seating area is being removed to make room for the new coffee shop.

Currently under construction, the project is scheduled for completion in Spring 2026.
