Inspire Prairie Springs

Inspire Prairie Springs is a multifamily community currently under construction in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. This phase of the multiphase development includes three 3-story apartment buildings with a total of 332 residential units.

Each building features one level of underground parking constructed of precast, totaling 311 stalls across all three garages. The structures are built using a combination of precast concrete and wood framing, finished with PTO roofing and a mix of EIFS, and Hardie and Nichiha siding. Stevens is self-performing both the rough carpentry and concrete work on the project.

Amenity highlights include a clubhouse, maintenance building, pool, putting green, and playground.

The project is currently under construction and is on track for completion in February 2027.
