The New Perspective senior living building is a three-story wood-framed structure with 103 independent and assisted living units as well as a single-story, wood-framed structure with 36 memory care units. An underground parking garage is also a part of the construction.
The structure was built using concrete foots, cast-in-place foundations, precast concrete, wood studs and trusses, brick and stone veneer, fiber cement board, an asphalt shingle roof and an EPDM membrane roof.
“Stevens team did excellent job throughout the preconstruction process. Throughout budgeting, Stevens was able to leverage their subcontractor network to obtain great sub-contractor coverage during the bid process. The Stevens team worked diligently to provide us with extensive value engineering options, ultimately allowing project to meet budget and become feasible.”
