Nolo Flats

Stevens Construction acted with leadership and experience delivering the six-story post-tension concrete and wood frame building, while maintaining a light construction schedule and project budget on a very challenging and tight urban site. The finished building is an example of Stevens Construction’s passion, integrity and attention to detail for a contemporary building built in the historic warehouse district of Minneapolis.
