Old Sauk Trails Apartments

Old Sauk Trails Apartments is a multifamily development currently under construction on the west side of Madison, Wisconsin. The property was once home to a family farm with a barn and silo. The four-story apartment building will showcase reclaimed barnwood to pay homage to its history.

The apartment features one level of underground precast parking, topped with three stories of wood-framed residential units. Once complete, the project will offer 144 total units with 171 bedrooms and bathrooms. Residents will have access to 147 underground parking stalls and 25 additional surface parking stalls.

Amenity highlights include a pool and hot tub, outdoor sauna, green roof, and solar-powered systems. The building’s exterior will be clad in a mix of brick veneer, Hardie siding, and topped with an EPDM roof.

The project is under construction and on track for completion in July 2026.
