Old Sauk Trails Apartments is a multifamily development on the west side of Madison, Wisconsin. The property was once home to a family farm with a barn and silo. The four-story apartment building showcases reclaimed barnwood to pay homage to its history.

The apartment features one level of underground precast parking, topped with three stories of wood-framed residential units. The project offers 144 total units with 171 bedrooms and bathrooms. In the underground parking there are 147 stalls and 25 additional surface parking stalls.
