Stevens Construction Corp. is performing a comprehensive exterior renovation of Parkshore Tower, a 13-story senior living facility located in St. Louis Park, MN. The project’s focus is on restoring and enhancing the building’s exterior envelope to support long-term standing.
The scope of work includes extensive brick tuckpointing, replacement of over 1,000 windows and patio doors, installation of roof davits, and the addition of through-wall flashing.
The project is under construction and on track for completion in December 2025.
