State Street Campus Garage

Stevens Construction Corp. self-performed the concrete work for the seven-story State Street Campus Garage in Madison, WI, located near State Street and the UW–Madison campus. The project began with the demolition of an existing parking structure.

Constructed using post-tensioned concrete, the new structure provides 79 parking spaces for the downtown community. The project also includes an intercity bus terminal and “gray box” space to support a private development of apartments above the garage.
