Stevens Construction Corp. Corporate Office

Located at 10 Terrace Court, Suite 500 in Madison, Wisconsin, this project marks the complete transformation of the fifth floor into the new corporate headquarters for Stevens Construction Corp.

Designed to support a growing and collaborative team, the build-out included self-performed rough carpentry, cubicle construction, wall buildouts, and carpet replacement. A kitchen and inviting staff lounge were added to enhance day-to-day functionality and employee experience. The reception area and boardroom were reimagined to customize the space, including custom slatted ceiling features and a distinctive concrete design element.
