Summit @ Lakeshore Commons

Summit at Lakeshore Commons is a multifamily apartment building currently under construction in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Located within the greater Lakeshore Commons community, the project consists of one 4-story building with an underground parking garage and 57 residential apartment units.

The building includes 77 garage and surface parking spaces, and is constructed of precast and concrete foundations and wood framing. Stevens is self-performing both the rough carpentry and concrete work on the project.

Amenity highlights include a theater, clubroom, and multi-purpose community room.

The project is currently under construction and is on track for completion in June 2026.
