The Bluffs on Lake

The Bluffs on Lake is a mixed-use building currently under construction in St. Francis, Wisconsin. The project consists of six levels, with five levels of wood-framed apartments over one level of precast concrete, which serves as a parking garage and commercial space.

The development includes 278 residential units with a total of 336 beds, along with amenity spaces. The exterior features a combination of siding and brick façade, membrane roofing, landscaped courtyards, a pool, and a dog park.

Stevens is self-performing both rough carpentry and concrete work with the project on track for completion in January 2027.
