The Bluffs on Lake is a six-story mixed-use development currently under construction in St. Francis, Wisconsin. The project consists of five levels of wood-framed apartments above a precast concrete podium level that houses parking and commercial space.
The development will feature 278 residential units along with a variety of resident amenities. Exterior elements include a combination of siding and brick façade, membrane roofing, landscaped courtyards, a swimming pool, and a dog park.
Stevens Construction Corp. is self-performing both the rough carpentry and concrete scopes of work. Construction is progressing on schedule, with first-phase completion anticipated in February 2027.
