The Boulevard

The Boulevard project is a mixed-use building with six commercial tenants on the first floor and three stories of multifamily above. The first and second floors are post tensioned concrete with wood framing on the floors above. The commercial tenants and the residential tenants all had opening dates that were critical to hit. Stevens Construction orchestrated this complex and time sensitive project seamlessly. They put together an outstanding project team and were always professional, prepared and respectful of the overall design goals.
