The Ellory interior renovation project is currently underway in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Stevens’ self-perform carpentry team is remodeling 175 units within the existing five-story apartment building.
The unit renovation scope includes the replacement of cabinets, countertops, doors, flooring, backsplash tile, appliances, and electrical and plumbing fixtures. Common area updates are also in the works including corridors, elevator lobbies, stairs, exterior courtyard, first-floor pool room, exercise room, lobby, and more.
Work is in progress with project completion anticipated in fall 2026.
