The Lorient

The Lorient is a beautiful mixed-use building in Edina, Minnesota. Replacing a vacant dry-cleaning building, this project has brought vitality to this neighborhood.

The building construction includes two levels of precast for an underground parking deck and ground-level commercial space, and three levels of wood-framed construction above. Stevens self-performed the framing and window installation.

Building amenities include a second-floor community room with fireplace, private dining room and full kitchen, an outdoor terrace area with fireplace and grilling stations and a roof top terrace.
