The Woods

The Woods is a new design concept for senior living. It is designed as a neighborhood within a neighborhood of connected ranch homes, offering the privacy of your own home. Each residence offers private patios and front door entry while connected to amenities and services through another door.

The project is a two-building development on an 11.5-acre site:

• The South Neighborhood contains 72 Independent Living units: Wood-framed, one- and two-bedroom residences over a 66-stall precast parking garage.
• The North Neighborhood contains 48 Assisted Living units: Constructed on a slab-on-grade structure.

Both neighborhoods have amenities such as beauty salons, access to homecooked meals, community rooms, an outdoor community patio and more.
