Virtue

The Virtue is located near the vibrant University of Wisconsin-Madison campus, Kohl Center, the Capitol Square, and Lake Monona. The apartment building stands six (6) levels above grade, with two (2) levels of below-grade parking for 140 residential units and 154 structured parking stalls.

The building’s construction included 24 self-performed post-tensioned concrete pours that serve as the bones of this project. The footprint of levels two through five extend beyond the footprint of the building above, creating a recessed rooftop terrace, club room and mechanical area.  Other amenities include a lobby coffee bar and first-floor sauna.

The façade is a blend of metal panels, brick, and elegant stone veneer, presenting a modern industrial aesthetic. The rooftop is membrane and hosts a mechanical penthouse.
