The Virtue is locate near the vibrant University of Wisconsin-Madison campus, Kohl Center, the Capitol Square, and Lake Monona. There are 24 self-performed post-tension concrete pours that build the bones of this project. The footprint of levels two through five will extend beyond the footprint of the building above.
