West Washington Place

The West Washington Place building includes 52 luxury apartment units, unique amenity areas and two commercial spaces.

The main structure consists of four stories of wood framing including a loft level positioned on top of three levels of post-tension concrete, with one level below grade.

The building’s stone façade, arches and radius turrets include natural stone veneer, emperor brick masonry, cementitious lap siding and metal panel siding.

Improved sound control measures were also added during construction: 1) an added layer of drywall at ceilings (RC deluxe in-lieu-of standard), 2) a Keene Space Assurance system at the ceilings, and 3) an updated MT sound mat beneath gypsum concrete at the wood floors.
