The Willow Creek renovation project encompassed a full exterior revitalization of this multifamily apartment community. Work included siding replacement, new concrete slabs and grade beams, and the installation of helical foundations to support 216 renovated balconies. These improvements were necessary due to the expansive soils beneath the original structures.
Additional upgrades included replacing all windows and patio doors and installing new aluminum railings and wood-framed balconies complete with roof extension framing. Willow Creek is composed of one large, three-story building interconnected by shared amenity spaces.
