WMC Office Remodel

Originally home to Stevens Construction Corp.’s corporate headquarters, this two-story office building was thoughtfully reimagined to serve the needs of its new occupant, Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC).

The renovation included a range of interior upgrades including a new training room and kitchenette on the lower level, an open-concept area on the main floor with inviting coffee bar, and a reconfiguration of the president’s office into a combined space.

Stevens Construction Corp. self-performed key portions of the work, including demolition, rough carpentry for new beams and posts to support the open layout, and finish carpentry for the installation of cabinets, wall signage, décor, and base trim throughout the space.
