MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – Stevens Construction Corp., a Madison, Wisconsin-based general contractor with locations in the Minneapolis-area and Milwaukee, received the Outstanding Contractor Award at the City of Minnetonka-hosted Contractor’s Expo.
The half-day contractor’s expo in Minnetonka, Minnesota provided builders and contractors from the region an overview of topics such as permits, inspection requirements, resources for small businesses and sustainability ideas. At the close of the expo, Stevens was presented with the Outstanding Contractor Award for being proactive, organized and collaborative.

Stevens currently has two multifamily projects under construction in the City of Minnetonka totaling 498 apartment units.
